Dr. Dimitra Margieta Lykoudi is a postdoctoral researcher (University of Piraeus), holds a Ph.D. in Tourism Marketing (University of Piraeus) and a Master of Science in Marketing Management (Tilburg University), a Research Master in Behavioral and Social Sciences (Tilburg University) and a Bachelor in Marketing management & Communication (Athens University of Economics & Business). She is an Adjunct lecturer of Tourism Marketing at the University of Piraeus as well as a Visiting lecturer of Digital Marketing, Communication and Public Relations in MSc “Media & Refugee / Migration Flows” at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Moreover, she is a Visiting lecturer of Marketing and alternative forms of Tourism in MSc in “Entrepreneurship and Consulting in Rural Development” at the Agricultural University of Athens and a Visiting lecturer of Marketing in MSc “Tourism Business and Destination Management” at the University of Patras. To date she has contributed to the Marketing academia with studies in international journals, publications, book chapters and has also a solid participation in international conferences of Marketing, such as the European Marketing Academy Conference (EMAC). Her academic interests focus on consumer behavior, marketing research, destination marketing, destination experience, brand management and emotions in tourism. She also has a proven track record of professional Marketing experience (13 years) in food Industry.
